Osteopathy is gentle and non-invasive. Everyone’s body is different, and the journey to recovery unique, so your treatment will be tailored to you.

Osteopathy supports physical injuries and health issues – back and neck pain, joint pain, headache, migraines, muscle aches, and nerve pain, just to name a few.

Rather than focusing on the local pain site, osteopathy approaches the body as a whole unit. By addressing underlying and compensatory relationships of surrounding bits, it will support your body’s ability to resolve its discomfort.

The goal is to improve your body’s resilience, in its capacity to handle and recover from everyday loading, demand, and stress. By resolving your pain and movement issues, to then improve your whole body function, will allow for greater recovery from long-term problems and fewer recurrences of short-term ones.
